After much wrangling with estate agents and solicitors, we got the keys on October 11th.

We had already had a full survey done and had quotes for roofing, damp proofing and central heating so now a matter of seeing what work we can get done and when.

The good news is, we still like the house – we had been a bit worried as only seen it once for about 20mins!
