The hall/passageway was painted (2nd coat) light grey but…it didn’t look right. It looked good but slightly blue rather than grey. The same colour is in the library and it looks fine.

Luckily there was another coat to go on so we decided to go for the dark grey. It looks great.

We also updated the lights to bulbs with filaments rather than the old fashioned glass lamp shades.
